The Todepa Method (first syllables for chest, fingers and palms, in Spanish) is a system for learning Body Percussion. The course is a didactic compendium of my extensive experience in research in this discipline.
Through the Body Percussion, we turn our body into an instrument that will offer us a great diversity of rhythms and sounds. We will work on coordination and laterality learning rhythms, choreographies and body timbral techniques.
This course may be an opportunity for music and dance teachers of improving their classes. However, the Todepa Method is targeted at anyone interested in new methodologies that involve movement and body timbral techniques.
